Carrying out rapid diagnostic reviews to understand quickly the key issues and available options for stakeholders. We look beyond the financials and examine the underlying viability of a business by reference to its market, competitive position, product-market strategy, business processes and infrastructure.
Evaluating incumbent managers and rebuilding management teams.
Leading Boards, setting strategy, supervising the planning & implementation of turnaround plans, putting in place appropriate resources & monitoring procedures, and establishing robust corporate governance.
Managing crises, squeezing working capital to create time for a broader solution, mobilising an organisation for survival, instilling a winning mentality.
Negotiating complex financial restructuring plans with expert advisors and lenders, including the use of pre-packaged insolvency procedures.
Working with financial institutions to develop innovative ways of dealing with their most problematic assets including loan to own strategies, establishing "Bad Bank" structures and structuring co-investment deals.
